Micro level planning for architectural drawings and site execution.
Manage a project – anticipate the needs of the project and create schedules and tasks.
Collaborate with different stakeholders on the project such as consultants, contractors, vendors/ suppliers, to communicate intent and ensure the integrity of the project.
Collaborate with younger team members to set priorities and spearhead design and communication tools (drawings models etc).
Desired Candidate Profile:
Must have 6+ years of Experince .
Skilled in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup.
Competent writing, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
Experience preparing and assembling GFCs, presentation graphics, graphic models and renderings, and report/plan document preparation and assembly.
