• Social media posts planning and Approval for the Entire month. Liaison with the agency to monitor and optimize the campaigns.
• Coordinate with agency for making Hoarding as per different marketing strategy and getting approval for same
• Coordinating with Agencies like Housing.com, 99acres, Magicbricks etc.
• Staying up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Increase likes & Followers for the campaign on Social Media platforms
• Would be Required to Handle Multiple Projects.
• Would be Required to plan for Participation in different Events like Property Expo etc
• Fair understanding of Google Analytics and Facebook Business
• Coming up with new innovative Marketing strategies for the project
• Analysis the lead flow coming from different sources, to get maximum walkins and conversions
• Ensure all the event/ground marketing activities are conducted within budgets.
• Handle and improve Online Reputation Management on multiple platforms (Facebook,Insta, LinkedIn, Youtube, Google Business Reviews)
• Must have 5-8 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Content Creation and SEO.
• Excellent knowledge of FB, Insta, Twitter & other social media trends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Expertise in Content Creation
• Experience in Influencer/Digital Marketing,
• Data Analysis skills
• Proven track record in campaign strategies
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Work experience with influencers on Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, Twitter, and Facebook
