  • We are looking to hire an experienced person for the position of  SalesManagerat Our  Office .
  • He must have minimum ” 3′” ‘Years Experience in Hyderabad Real estate.
  • At least 4” years of relevant experience in Real Estate.
  • He must have sound knowledge of real estate business with excellent communication skills, research and business analysis. 4 to 6years of experience in Real EstateVillas/Apartment sales, good communication & team management skills.

Role & responsibilities

• Engage with clients walking in, company clients, and channel partner clients.
• Provide property information, guide tours, and address inquiries for direct clients.
• Collaborate with corporate clients, understanding their needs and negotiating terms.
• Maintain relationships with channel partners, offering necessary resources and support.
• Deliver persuasive sales presentations and handle negotiations with potential buyers.
• Assist clients with company provided documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Stay updated on market trends and competition to inform pricing strategies.

• In-depth knowledge of the properties being sold.
